ThePreSales Cold Caller will be responsible for receiving leads from applicantsinterested in this jobcontacting truckowneroperators and generating detailed profiles for each individualwho answers. The PreSales Cold Caller must complete a minimum of 15 profilesdaily and maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Receiveand manage leads provided by the company.
- Makeoutbound calls to truck owneroperators.
- Gathernecessary information to create detailed profiles.
- Ensurea minimum of 15 profiles are completed each day.
- UseCRM tools to track interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Communicateeffectively with the recruitment team for seamless lead transitions.
RequiredQualifications:
1.Experience:
- Atleast 12 years of phone sales or customer service experience.
- Familiaritywith CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot or similar).
- Previousexperience in the trucking or logistics industry is preferred.
2.Skills:
- Excellentverbal communication skills.
- Strongorganizational and time management abilities.
- Abilityto multitask and meet daily targets.
- Attentionto detail for accurate profile creation.
3.Education:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- Additionaltraining in sales or customer service is a plus.
KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs):
- Completea minimum of 15 profiles per day.
- Maintainan 85% accuracy rate in profile information.
- Respondto leads within 24 hours of receipt.
Compensation:
- Basesalary with potential for performancebased incentives. ($225.00Weekly)
