As the Senior Manager you will oversee the daytoday operations of our programs collaborating closely with the Senior Manager Mental Health & Substance Use. You will be responsible for managing a diverse team of healthcare professionals including nurses medical assistants and other medical staff. Your strategic leadership will be essential in upholding best practices maintaining regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
With your expertise in addiction treatment facilitybased services and clinical operations you will drive the development and implementation of policies procedures and protocols that prioritize the safety and wellbeing of our clients and staff.
