Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist specialized in white collars (Tech. & non Tech.) positions to join our dynamic team.
Location: Maadi

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards social media and professional networks.
Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field.
1 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment Specially in whitecollar positions.
GCC Exposure will be a great plus
Strong communication organizational and time management skills.
Previous experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
