Job Description

Job Title: Sales Engineer Elevator Systems

Location: Remote (the candidate must be based within the LodzPoznanWroclaw triangular area)

As part of our clients exciting expansion plans we are looking for an enthusiastic and resultsoriented Sales Engineer to join a dynamic team in Poland. Our client a leader in designing and manufacturing advanced elevator systems has achieved impressive growth with successful sales in Poland and over 40 other countries worldwide.

Position Overview
This role is ideal for a selfdriven Sales Engineer with a passion for elevator systems and a strong focus on generating new business. You will manage and grow existing accounts while actively seeking new opportunities within Poland. The right candidate will bring strong commercial insight exceptional communication skills and a proven background in business development and account management. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ambitious to make a meaningful impact within a small focused team.

Reporting to: Commercial Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to the elevator industry.
  • Build and sustain partnerships with lift installers to drive account growth and new business.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients ensuring repeat business and generating referrals.
  • Understand and address customerspecific needs and provide technical and financial guidance.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients as necessary.
  • Monitor market trends identify risks analyse competitor activity and work toward achieving KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to grow your professional network.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a business development or technical sales role ideally in construction machinery or building services.
  • Strong network of contacts e.g. developers construction companies architects etc
  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to empathise with clients understand their needs and provide persuasive solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with a processoriented approach.
  • Selfmotivated targetdriven and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
  • Willing to travel within the territory for client meetings.
  • Engineering qualification preferred.
  • Fluent in Polish and good in English.
