Job Description

Looking for a candidate with 13 years of experience who is a young hardworking and ambitious Digital growth marketer. They should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers behaviour. Successful Marketing Associate who possesses excellent analytical and numerical skills and are deeply creative with great problemsolving skills.
They are someone who is currently living in Bangalore or are willing to relocate later and can start immediately or have 30 30day notice period.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing implementing and managing strategic marketing plans for the company to help grow the products awareness and attract clients.
- Generating and qualifying leads tracking marketing and sales data.
- Coordinating with other members of the team to move deals towards closure.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Planning and executing campaigns including web SEO/SEM social media content email and display advertising.
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Evaluating relevant marketing tools and technologies.
Preferred Requirements:
- Excellent communicator with the proficiency to captivate potential customers.
- Self motivated adept at planning and organization.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities as well as challenges.
- Creative and innovative mindset with ability to multitask.
- Leadership flair and capacity to operate independently.

- Ability to allocate resources effectively.
Qualities

Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in marketing or related field.
- Proficiency with SEO/SEM campaigns.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business.
