Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop opportunities for expansion establishing the restaurant as a key player in fine dining.
- Craft compelling stories that celebrate their culinary journey. Foster relationships with key media outlets influencers and industry leaders to enhance visibility.
- Leverage your highend restaurant network to secure collaborations events and partnerships.
- Stay updated on trends within the Michelin and fine dining sectors. Use these insights to drive innovation and strategic decisions.
- Plan and execute highprofile events and promotions to showcase their unique culinary offerings on a global stage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in Business Development and/or Public Relations within the fine dining or hospitality industry. Experience with Michelinstarred establishments or renowned restaurant brands is a strong advantage.
- Extensive connections with restaurateurs food critics and influencers.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully expanding restaurant businesses especially from Asia.
- Deep understanding of Thai cuisine and culture.
