Job Description

Our client a technology driven idea and innovation company with the goal to provide cutting edge technology solutions (software web application and mobile application) that would support Africa s economic rise is seeking a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping the business grow by generating revenue and establishing positive relationships with clients across local and international territories conducting market research and analysis to find new business and client opportunities generate and pursue leads develop sales pitches and techniques reach out to clients to offer products and services arrange appointments and negotiate terms with potential clients as well as manage existing client accounts.

Job Resposnibilities

Identify engage and establish relationships with potential partners to drive business growth.
Negotiate and execute partnership agreements aligned with company objectives.
Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive activities to identify opportunities for expansion.
Provide strategic insights to inform business strategies.
Develop and execute business development plans to achieve revenue and partnership goals.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Act as the primary point of contact for partners ensuring mutual value and longterm collaboration.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful integration and delivery of partnership initiatives.
Develop initiatives to generate new revenue streams through partnerships and market opportunities.
Propose and implement innovative solutions that align with client and company goals.
Analyze business strategies and develop improvement plans for same to provide appropriate growth to the business.
Manage all development process and ensure compliance to government policies and regulations.
Maintain an expert level of understanding of the platform and products so as to provide knowledgeable support to top clients and potential partners both externally and internally.
Develop Account level plans to align the Fintech & Digital Partner strategic objectives with the Company s solutions and prepare associated action plans


Requirements

5 7 years of experience with a bachelor s degree or its equivalent.
Strong influential skills at multiple levels including entrepreneurship leaders and owners design thinkers and Executive / Clevel.
Strong interpersonal and relationship skills; drive enthusiasm and creativity are key attributes.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Business experience including sales and / or relationship management. Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products and experience in a B2B environment.
Strong knowledge of Fintech startups and neocardpayments industry its products services and technologies digital transformation.
Proven experience in implementation of payment solutions.
