The Recruitment Manager handles relationship management with existing and new clients and is responsible for securing job requisitions on a regular basis. They will develop maintain and grow client relationships to ensure a high level of quality service and customer satisfaction. Furthermore they will oversee an internal recruiting team providing consistent guidance to achieve successful target delivery.
Responsibilities
Client Management
- Manages designated accounts of varying industries by timely coordination with the clients and overseeing the performance of the internal recruitment team
- Develops a thorough understanding of the clients position in the market their recruitment needs and provide solutions and strategies while promoting our companys services
- Creates and builds strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Manages daily client communications and collaborations on current and upcoming business opportunities
- Acts as a representative on client calibrations securing an accurate and full view of the clients requirements and processes and sharing the same to the internal recruitment team
- Conducts client visits as deemed necessary and attend offsite activities for relationship building opportunities.
- Presents proposals for new business opportunities to existing clients.
- Regularly secures updates on changing market trends to align the internal recruitment team and provide valid insights to clients
Recruitment Delivery and Team Management
- Manage track and oversee recruitment activities identified for designated clients
- Collaborate with other members of the recruitment team to plan develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Determine the effectiveness of hiring plans and strategy implementation
- Ensure minimum qualifications are met for job openings
- Participate in the interview and selection process making recommendations on potential process improvements if needed
- Build networks to develop a pool of candidates for different positions
- Provide coaching and closely monitor productive of recruiters providing timely feedback developing plans for employee growth and documenting performance issues or concerns
- Comprehend job descriptions and job specification
- Manage initiatives to produce quality applicants using various sourcing channels
- Provide analytical and welldocumented hiring reports
- Fulfill hiring targets within the specified timeframe
- Other relevant tasks may be added as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of solid endto end BPO recruitment experience for volume hiring and agent roles
- At least 2 years of leadership (Manager or Assistant Manager level) within the recruitment industry
- At least 3 years of experience supporting roles within the Philippine market
- At least 1 years of recruitment experience within the staffing industry
- Proven experience managing RPO projects with BPO companies is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of recruitment processes and Philippine recruitment industry standards
- Proven experience with recruitment strategy building and execution hiring forecast management and recruitment skills training
- Strong interpersonal rapportbuilding and negotiation skills
- Highly adaptive to everchanging and fastpaced hiring demands across various industries
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English communication
- At least a College Degree holder preferably in Psychology HR or any related field
- Willing to work on a hybrid setup (80% work at home) and travel in different areas if needed (mainly within Metro Manila)
- Amenable to work on a predominantly day shift schedule with the possibility of adjusting depending on the business need
