Job Description:
- 7 10 years of Experience in configuration and customization of all SAP HCM Modules and especially sound experience on Payroll and time management
- Expertise in US India and international payroll
- Expertise in UK Canada and International payroll
- Team Player with Strong SAP HCM Functional experience and flexible in working in shifts
- Should have worked on at least two or three endtoend Full life cycle SAP HCM implementations and 23 support projects
- Proficient in designing/troubleshooting Time/Payroll PCRs and schemas
- Experience in SAP HCM modules Integration with other areas i.e FICO CATS Kronos
- Individually he/she Should be able to prepare the documents i.e Functional Specs SMTD BBPs UAT
- Expert in reading the payroll/ time management logs
- Should have good Knowledge of ASAP Implementation Methodology and support lifecycle
