Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP HCM modules (PA OM Time Management Payroll ESS/MSS) for clients.
- Support integration with other SAP modules and thirdparty systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM issues; provide postimplementation support.
- Design and document business process flows and system requirements.
- Provide user training and assist with system upgrades.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience with SAP HCM implementation and configuration (PA OM Payroll Time Management).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and system integrations.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Good problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
