SAP HCM Consultant (Senior)
Location: Bangkok

Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and assess system requirements optimizing business processes.
- Solution Design & Documentation: Develop and validate detailed functional specifications for SAP configurations and system interfaces.
- Full Lifecycle Implementation: Manage endtoend configuration testing and deployment of SAP HCM solutions.
- Impact Assessment: Conduct strategic planning analyze system impacts and liaise with crossfunctional technical teams.
- User Training & Documentation: Lead training sessions and create technical documentation to facilitate seamless user adoption.
- PostDeployment Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges while providing expert postgolive assistance.
- Mentorship: Guide junior consultants to foster professional development within the team.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science IT Business Information Systems or a related field.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP HCM modules including payroll time management and organization structures.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Proficiency in system architecture business processes and project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience:
- 5 years of SAP HCM consulting experience including fullcycle implementation.
- Proven ability to lead project teams and deliver successful outcomes.
- Strong English proficiency (TOEIC 550 or equivalent).
