Job Description:

Automate endtoend infrastructure processes for Windowsfunctions patching report generation and SLA adherence enhancing operational efficiency and reducing manual effort
Collaborated with crossfunctional teams to streamline infrastructure operations optimize patching schedules and generate comprehensive reports for
stakeholders driving continuous improvement and adherence to SLAs
Automate database management tasks using scripts to minimize errors andenhance data integrity
Develop customerfacing SNOW dashboards enhancing user experience and data visualization capabilities

Key skills : Powershell scripting VMware
