Job Description
Are you an experienced Senior Python Developer looking to contribute your expertise to impactful projects A Fortune 500 company is seeking a talented and driven Senior Python Developer to join their team and work on a highimpact initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define system architecture and requirements
- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable maintainable backend services
- Develop and maintain backend services ensuring they are robust scalable and maintainable
- Monitor and optimize system performance scalability and reliability
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in backend development
- Ensure the quality of the backend codebase through code reviews automated testing and quality control measures
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- 8 years of professional experience in software development with at least 5 years in backend system development
- Strong proficiency in modern backend frameworks such as Python and Django.
- Proficiency in at least one relational database system (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL) and understanding of database architecture design principles and normalization
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g. Jenkins CircleCI GitHub Actions)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes)
- Experience with AWS and deploying and managing applications.
- Excellent programming skills strong analytical abilities and practical communication skills
- Highly motivated selfdirected and a strong team player flexible to adapt to organizational changes
