You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a skilled iCIMS Developer with 2 years of handson experience in developing and customizing iCIMS solutions for our client project.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our talent acquisition platform integrating it with other systems and ensuring optimal performance to support our recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and implement custom solutions within the iCIMS platform to meet business requirements.
Build and maintain integrations between iCIMS and other HR systems such as payroll benefits and performance management platforms.
Customize workflows forms and templates within iCIMS to optimize user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders including HR teams and IT to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the iCIMS platform ensuring minimal downtime and seamless operations.
Stay updated with iCIMS product updates new features and best practices.
Provide technical support and guidance to endusers and team members.
Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions and integrations.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a developer with the iCIMS platform.
Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and integrating thirdparty systems with iCIMS.
Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for integrations such as Python Java or JavaScript.
Solid understanding of iCIMS architecture configuration and customization.
Experience with relational databases and SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML CSS and XML.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with HRIS systems and their integration with iCIMS.
Knowledge of Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
Certification in iCIMS development or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards in HR technology.
