Role Overview
We are seeking a WordPress Developer with 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building optimizing and maintaining WordPress websites that deliver exceptional user experiences and meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Website Optimization
Ensure that WordPress websites perform optimally and load quickly.
Implement caching image compression and other performanceenhancing practices.
UI/UX Enhancement
Collaborate with designers or independently improve the look and feel of websites.
Ensure a smooth userfriendly interface aligned with modern design standards.
WordPress Plugin Knowledge
Install configure and troubleshoot essential plugins (e.g. security SEO contact forms).
Keep plugins updated and secure.
WordPress Page Builder Proficiency
Use tools like Elementor WPBakery or Divi for page creation and customization.
Create responsive visually appealing pages.
Website Speed Optimization
Continuously test website speed; identify bottlenecks and implement fixes.
Conduct regular site audits to ensure high performance.
Hosting and Domain Management
Manage domain and hosting setups DNS records migrations and backups.
Troubleshoot hosting issues and coordinate with service providers as needed.
Landing Pages for Google Ads
Develop and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Implement best practices for lead capture and user engagement.
Creative Website Enhancements
Suggest design or structural improvements to enhance the website s overall look and functionality.
Ensure brand consistency across all web pages.
Preferred/Additional Skills
Portfolio of past WordPress projects (highly preferred)
HTML CSS JavaScript (not mandatory but a plus)
SEO Knowledge (meta tags basic onpage optimization)

Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any field (Commerce/Business/IT preferred) or currently pursuing.
Experience: 12 years of handson WordPress development.
Availability: Immediate joining fulltime at our Rohini office.
1-2 year of professional experience in WordPress website development Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP Proficiency in customizing and modifying WordPress themes and plugins Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility Understanding of SEO principles and best practices Ability to work with design tools such as Photoshop or Sketch Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
