Job Description
Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled ELearning Developer for an automobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing engaging elearning contents. The ELearning Developer will collaborate with instructional designers and other team members to create effective and interactive learning experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with instructional designers and SMEs to understand learning objectives
- Design and develop interactive multimediarich elearning courses modules and materials using authoring tools multimedia software and learning management systems (LMS).
- Create engaging and visually appealing learning materials incorporating multimedia elements such as videos simulations animations and graphics.
- Utilize various elearning development tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate Camtasia) to build and deliver effective learning solutions.
- Ensure content is accessible userfriendly and compatible across multiple devices and platforms.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to validate the functionality and effectiveness of elearning modules.
- Stay updated on emerging trends technologies and best practices in elearning and instructional design to enhance course development strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Educational Technology Multimedia Design or related field.
- Proven experience in elearning development instructional design or a related role.
- Proficiency in elearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate or similar software.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles adult learning theories and elearning best practices.
- Experience in multimedia content development (e.g. video editing graphic design animation) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Freshers with good knowledge of elearning development can also apply.
