Personal InjuryAttorney
Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a rapidly growing boutique personal injury law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation and personalized client service. As we expand we are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney who is eager to grow with the firm and build a longterm career in personal injury law.The Associate Attorney will play a vital role in managing a diverse caseload of personal injury matters from intake to resolution. This position offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated attorney to gain handson litigation experience develop strategic skills and grow professionally within a supportive teamoriented environment.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Handle a caseload of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents premises liability and wrongful death claims.
- Conduct case investigations legal research and case strategy development.
- Draft pleadings discovery motions and correspondence.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients providing compassionate and effective legal guidance.
- Advocate for clients in negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
- Prepare clients for depositions mediations and court proceedings.
- Attend and conduct depositions mediations and court hearings.
- Assist in trial preparation including drafting trial briefs jury instructions and exhibit preparation.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and trial strategy.
- Participate in ongoing legal education to stay informed about changes in personal injury law and litigation practices.
- Cultivate relationships with colleagues clients and industry professionals to foster business development opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 5 yearsexperience in CA Personal Injury Law
- Excellent organizational skills and time management are a must.
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines while multitasking and working in a fastpaced environment is necessary.
- Admission to the State Bar of California and in good standing
- Juris Doctor (JD) Degree

- Salary Compensation: $100000 $160000 Base Compensation
