Job Description
Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Start Date: 12/16/2024
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: New London NH 03257
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days
Shift Notes: 40 hrs/week varied schedule some weekends available Sat 95 Sun 93
Weekend Requirements: Some weekends required/Holiday coverage required if needed
OnCall Requirements: None
COVID Vaccination: COVID VACCINATION PREFERRED FOR THIS FACILITY
Travel Policy: Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 75mile radius restriction)

Submission Requirements
- 2 years of LPN experience in a clinical setting
- Experience with patients of all ages Required
- Previous travel experience Preferred
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile
- BLS (AHA)
- New Hampshire
