Job Description
Position: Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse(LPN/LVN)
Start Date: 12/16/2024
Duration: 13 weeks Tuesday start dates!
Location: Kaneohe HI 96744
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 8
Shift Notes: 40 hours guaranteed weekly
Weekend Requirements: Rotating Weekends as needed (23 per month)
OnCall Requirements: No Call
COVID Vaccination: COVID and FLU vaccine REQUIRED. Will not take declinations!
Travel Policy: Travel experience REQUIRED
** Will not be assigned a territory until close to start date as their needs are changing
Performs procedures that require specialized training for general nursing care and related services for assigned patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Medical Doctor (MD) by established policy. Participates in the planning for and provision of patient care. Uses knowledge of asepsis in the performance of treatments such as sterile dressings irritations and cauterizations. Provides functional direction to ancillary personnel.
Submission Requirements- 1 year Home Health experience REQUIRED
- Travel experience REQUIRED
- Active and clear Drivers license and Car Insurance REQUIRED
- Hawaii license REQUIRED
- Homecare Home Base and OASIS REQUIRED
- COVID and FLU vaccination REQUIRED will not accept declinations
- Arrhythmia Certification Preferred
- Mileage reimbursed at .43 cents per mile (lower than IRS IRSestablished rate)
