LOCAL TRAVELERS (those who reside within 50 miles of facility) WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED. To avoid delays in processing please provide perm address at profile upload.
As of 1/1/24 all new and returning agency staff must have deescalation training as part of their onboarding and clearance. Facility As of 1/1/2024 ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance: CPI AVADE or MOAB. Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Traveler must be willing to work TWO of the following:
Thanksgiving and weekend after
Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after
New Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend after
NonBillable Orientation: 0
Multipliers (OT Holiday): 1.25%
Requirement description :
- 2 years General Ultrasound experience
- MUST have experience with ALL ages groups Required
- ARDMS required
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
- NH MIRT TEMP LICENSE AVAILABLE (with equivalent state license) VERY QUICK TURNAROUND

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- NH License of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy
- ARDMS
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New Hampshire
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH MIRT must be in hand at profile upload. Facility will not pend license
Weekend Requirements : Part of Shift/Holidays required if needed
On Call Requirements : TBD
