Job Description
Position: Certified Surgical Technician(CST)
Start Date: 12/16/2024
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Petoskey MI 49770
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 10
Shift Notes: 4 10 hour shifts of 6:45 am5:15 pm one night of call per week of 7p11p and one weekend per month of 7a7p Saturday & Sunday
Weekend Requirements: one night of call per week of 7p11p and one weekend per month of 7a7p Saturday & Sunday
OnCall Requirements: one night of call per week of 7p11p and one weekend per month of 7a7p Saturday & Sunday

Traveler Policy: Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 35mile radius restriction)
Dress Code: HospitalProvided Scrubs
Further Specifics:
- Nonbillable Hours: 12 hours of initial hours
- OT/Holiday/Call back Markups: 1.1x Regular rates
- Extension Discount: $1/hr on the initial extension.
** a strict 3strike attendance policy to advocate for their patient population. Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated effective immediately. Situations such as communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor. This policy will begin on 6/1/2024.
Submission Requirements- 2 Years of Experience Required
- ortho neuro general Robot Xi urology GYN ENT and endovascular/vascular experience Required

- References NOT required.
- A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required. All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred.
- Michigan license verification is required for nurses. Please provide LARA and Nursys; if there is a license hit it would be in the travelers best interest to provide a writeup of what happened for the managers review.
- Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above.
- Fulltime employees are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
