Job Description
Position: Registered Nurse Operating Room
Start Date: 12/16/2024
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Petoskey MI 49770
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days7:00 AM 7:00 AM 12
Shift Notes: 312 hour shifts 6:45 am7:15 pm one night of call per week and one weekend of 7p7a Saturday & Sunday per month. Call response time of 20 minutes
Weekend Requirements: one night of call per week and one weekend of 7p7a Saturdays & Sundays per month
OnCall Requirements: one night of call per week and one weekend of 7p7a Saturdays & Sundays per month

Traveler Policy: Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 35mile radius restriction)
Dress Code: HospitalProvided Scrubs
Further Specifics:
- Nonbillable Hours: 12 hours of initial hours
- OT/Holiday/Call back Markups: 1.1x Regular rates
- Extension Discount: $1/hr on the initial extension.
Submission Requirements
- 2 years of experience Required
- Ortho General EndoVascular Urgo OB Experience Preferred

- References NOT required.
- A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required. All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred.
- Michigan license verification is required for nurses. Please provide LARA and Nursys; if there is a license hit it would be in the travelers best interest to provide a writeup of what happened for the managers review.
- Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above.
- Fulltime employees are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
