Job Description
Position Title: PeopleSoft CRM Analyst (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and system requirements for PeopleSoft CRM modules.
- Configure and customize PeopleSoft CRM applications to align with business objectives.
- Assist in the implementation of new PeopleSoft CRM modules and upgrades.
- Test and troubleshoot system enhancements and patches.
- Provide technical support for system issues debugging and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with IT and functional teams to resolve CRM application issues.
- Recommend improvements to streamline processes and enhance the user experience.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes configurations and system changes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and prioritize requirements.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams for project delivery and change management.
- Train endusers on system functionality and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and develop training materials as needed.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
- Experience with PeopleSoft CRM applications including system configuration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft tools such as Application Designer PeopleCode and Integration Broker.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows tables and data relationships.
- SQL and database query experience for data extraction and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment.
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM Financials or other related modules.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Certification in PeopleSoft CRM or related modules is a plus.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
