We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Freelance Remote International Recruiter to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing screening and selecting candidates for various positions primarily focusing on roles abroad where fluency in Finnish is required. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the world.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent including but not limited to job boards social media networking and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidates qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Fluent in finnish (proficiency in English is also required).
- Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role. Previous sales experience is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools or willingness to learn and work in said systems.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
