Based in Nykbing Falster Denmark this fulltime role offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced team collaborate across departments and travel internationally to meet our clients needs. If youre passionate about aviation and handson engineering join us in making a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify analyze and resolve malfunctions through rigorous testing ensuring swift solutions for our clients.
- OnSite & Remote Support: Participate in installation and commissioningboth inperson and remotelyto guarantee successful operations at customer sites.
- Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients providing responsive highquality service and technical support.
- Documentation & Training: Conduct comprehensive training develop instruction materials and contribute to our product manuals.
- Sales & Service Support: Provide technical support for our sales team helping to identify and fulfill customer needs effectively.
Your Profile
- Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or a similar field).
- Fluent in English; Danish is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical skills with a solutionfocused mindset.
- Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.
- Handson and practical approach to technical challenges.
- Eagerness to travel internationally and work in diverse environments.
