Job Title: Field Installation Technician Telecommunications

Tasks
As a key member of our team you will:
- Deliver exceptional technical services to our clients onsite ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to execute schedules aligning with client needs and Azurreos objectives.
- Coordinate technical and logistical details with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Install test and troubleshoot hardware and systems in diverse environments.
- Diagnose technical issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Document your work by producing accurate and timely service reports.
- Follow company protocols and share knowledge with your team to foster innovation and excellence.
- Adapt to client requirements and provide technical briefings and recommendations as needed.
Requirements
We want someone who is resourceful adaptable and eager to take on challenges.
Education & Skills:
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent Bac 3) in a technical field.
- Strong technical expertise in:
- Linux and Windows systems.
- HP servers and telecommunications technologies.
- GSM networks (2G 3G 4G).
Travel & Flexibility:
- French nationality or valid visa allowing international travel (European residence permits restricted to the EU are not sufficient).
- Willingness to travel frequently sometimes on weekends to meet project needs.
Experience & Attributes:
- Proven success in a field service role.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong problemsolving skills and adaptability to changing schedules.
- Proficiency with mobile tools and applications for reporting and communication.
