In 2016 our founders wanted to feed their dogs named Edgard and Cooper pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But when they couldnt find this they decided to make their own. Now 8 years later our pack has 200 employees and we are beyond proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

What type of breed are we looking for
Were on the hunt for a Field Marketeer to take charge of one of the most important marketing tactics: our instore demos in France. If youre ready to lead with creativity passion strategic thinking and a datadriven mindset to make a real impact this is the role for you!
What will be in your bowl
As Field Marketeer FR youll own the Brand Activator squad and lead the charge on our instore demo tactic. Youll work in close partnership with the Global Field Marketing Strategist local (Field) Sales & Trade and Shopper marketeer to boost customer acquisition and conversion. Expect variety interesting challenges and an opportunity to truly shine!
INSTORE EXPERIENTIAL
- Develop and execute the local instore demo strategy aligned with the global approach with the primary KPI of driving new customer acquisition.
- Manage and optimize the demo budget to ensure the demos are effective and maximize acquisition and conversion.
- Sniff out the way ahead. Identify highpotential regions and stores where demos can have the greatest sales impact in close collaboration with (Field) Sales.
- Embrace a testandlearn mentality: analyze ideate prioritize and experiment for continuous improvement.
- Possess a data driven mindset Excel and measure the impact of our demo strategy through detailed reporting and analysis.
PASSIONATE ABOUT PEOPLE
- Manage the relationship with our external agency. Recruit manage and coach the internal Edgard & Cooper Brand Activator squad. Build a strong relationship and a fluent way of working with the team.
- Implement a strong training & education plan for the team.
- Build collaborative ways of working with the wider marketing team in France especially with the Trade & Shopper team and (Field) Sales team.
- Partner with the Global Field Marketing Strategist to share insights best practices and ensure consistent efficiency instore.
FLAWLESS EVENT MANAGEMENT
- Take ownership of 13 annual B2B events from concept to execution.
- Create and build an outstanding stand that serves for the right purposes within the budget.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure trade shows generate new prospects strong leads and conversions.
- Provide detailed wrapup reports with KPIs to evaluate and optimize event effectiveness.
What skills & tricks should you bring
- Leadership & people management: Confident in leading and coaching a team of 35 Brand Activators.
- Handson & proactive: Youre a natural problem solver with a cando attitude and positive mindset.
- Targetdriven: Comfortable analyzing data to measure impact and identifying ways to boost conversion and sales.
- Project management: Skilled in scheduling and budgeting to keep projects on track.
- Negotiation know how: Youre always looking for the best deal and can effectively influence to get it.
- Creative eye: Youre always looking and thinking for new ways on how we can interact and engage with pet parents & their fourlegged friends. Come up with unseen experiments in the pet industry. Think big!
- Tech savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) and willing to learn new systems (PowerBI).
- Languages: Fluent in French and English.
- An ethical approach: You align with our values. Oh and you love pets of course!
This is a full time role with flexibility required for occasional weekend work.
