Job Description:
The Virginia Retirement System is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the procurement and contract management system. The ideal candidate will lead requirement documentation system testing and user guide creation while collaborating with stakeholders. This role is hybrid requiring onsite presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis and documentation of current and future system requirements.
- Develop test cases and oversee system testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs.
- Utilize structured analysis techniques to present findings.
- Ensure adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.
Technical Skills Required:
- Expert knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Proficiency in business systems analysis and design techniques.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Experience with webbased procurement and contract management systems.
- Familiarity with M365 applications (Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint).
