Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Quality Improvement Analyst to lead quality improvement initiatives and agile development processes for a health information exchange system. This role involves designing metrics analyzing data to improve healthcare outcomes and collaborating with multiple teams to enhance system functionality and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality improvement efforts using methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean.
- Apply Agile principles to health IT system development.
- Utilize SAS programming and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Conduct program evaluations including designing surveys and facilitating focus groups.
