Job Description/ Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide support troubleshoot and remediate Level 2 (L2) operations issues using SailPoint IIQ solution.
- Performs IAM technical operations support and development including IIQ configuration changes monitoring responding to server events gathering IAM statistics and performing general maintenance by working with L2 and L3 IAM personnel and application stakeholders.
- Perform QA testing of development changes in SailPoint IIQ technology and production implementations.
- Manage existing IAM infrastructure and work with help desk and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve/ fix issues and bugs. Perform afterhours work as needed for production issue resolutions validations and/or deployments.
- Work with IAM leaders Enterprise Architecture and Business teams to identify new areas where IAM can be utilized and enhance IAM capabilities to address new business needs.
