Position Overview:

As an AI Engineer you will design and implement AI solutions to automate processes enhance personalization and drive innovation. Key responsibilities include identifying AI opportunities ensuring compliance monitoring model performance and safeguarding data security. Youll lead AI lifecycle management and stay updated on advancements to deliver impactful and ethical solutions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement AI use cases thatenhance business processes through automation personalisation andinnovation.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams(e.g. marketing operations compliance) to identify opportunitieswhere AI can deliver tangible business benefits.
• Lead the development and integration ofGenerative AI (GenAI) tools.
• Work closely with business analysts andstakeholders to gather requirements and define technicalspecifications for AI solutions.
• Oversee the entire AI Ops lifecyclefrom ideation and model development to deployment into productionand ongoing monitoring.
• Ensure robust testing version controland continuous integration of AI models into the productionenvironment.
• Implement monitoring and performancetracking systems to ensure AI models deliver consistent results andcan be retrained as needed.
• Ensure that all AI initiatives complywith the companys AI governance framework emphasising securitycompliance and ethical standards.
• Monitor AI model usage to prevent biasdiscrimination or unethical outcomes ensuring AI systems aretransparent and fair.
• Work closely with legal and complianceteams to ensure AI tools comply with relevant regulations (e.g.GDPR EU AI Act) and industry standards.
• Ensure that all AI implementationsfollow security best practices particularly when handling sensitiveplayer data.
• Collaborate with data security teams toprevent unauthorised access breaches and data manipulation in AIprocesses.
• Implement data privacy measures andensure that AIdriven tools handle personal and behavioral data in acompliant and secure manner.
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancementsand GenAI technologies to bring innovative solutions to thebusiness.
• Work closely with data engineers datascientists and tech teams to ensure seamless integration of AIsolutions into existing systems and data platforms.
• Collaborate with the product andbusiness teams to align AI solutions with broader strategic goals.
• Identify areas for improvement in AImodels tools and processes to enhance their efficiency accuracyand scalability.
• Continuously research emerging AItechnologies and techniques particularly in GenAI to keep thecompany ahead of the competition.
• Conduct postdeployment evaluations torefine AI solutions and ensure optimal performance over time.
  
  
  Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in data sciencecomputer science information systems data engineering or arelated field.
• 1 years of experience in AI machinelearning or data science roles with handson experience indeveloping and deploying AI solutions.
• Experience with Generative AI tools andtechniques (e.g. GPT models Transformer models) is essential.
• Strong experience in AI Ops with aproven track record of successfully deploying AI models intoproduction.
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency inscripting languages (e.g. Python R) for data processing machinelearning and automation.
• Experience with data pipelines AI toolmonitoring and AI tool/model retraining processes in an AI Opsenvironment.
• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such asTensorFlow PyTorch Keras or similar.
• Familiarity with cloudbased AI/MLplatforms (e.g. AWS SageMaker Google AI Platform Azure AI).
• Strong understanding of AI ethicssecurity compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR).
• Experience working with AI governanceframeworks ensuring AI solutions are secure compliant andethically sound.
• Strong problemsolving and analyticalthinking skills with a focus on delivering business value throughAI.
• Excellent communication andcollaboration skills with the ability to work crossfunctionallyacross business and technical teams.
• Strong project management skills withthe ability to prioritise tasks manage timelines and meetdeadlines.
• Experience managing multiple projectssimultaneously and delivering them on time.
• Ability to translate technical conceptsinto businessfriendly language.
• Strong documentation skills withattention to detail in managing documentation.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to newtechnologies tools and methodologies in the rapidly evolving AIlandscape.
• Willingness to stay uptodate with thelatest trends and best practices in AI and data management.
• Previous experience in the iGamingindustry is a plus.
