Job Summary:
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from identifying needs to onboarding new hires. Design and deliver training programs for managers and employees on various HR topics. Identify training needs through performance reviews skills gaps analysis and employee feedback. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues. Design and implement a performance management system that aligns with the organizations goals and objectives.
Requirements:Male candidate
Arab / Saudi National
Bachelors degree or relevant experience
2 years experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational critical thinking and communications skills
Fluent in English
