Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing the recruitment process by attracting screening and selecting top talent for open positions. They work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and ensure the selection of the right candidates. Additionally they contribute to enhancing the employers brand and candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and source qualified candidates.
Collaboration:
- Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in candidate selection.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Onboarding Support:
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Employer Branding:
- Promote company culture and values to attract top talent.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Proven ability to manage and coordinate the recruitment process effectively.
Fluency in English is required.
