Job Description
We are looking to recruit committed individuals who have to serve together as a team to mentor children aged 7 12 by providing quality afterschool care support in a homely environment.
You will play an active role in identifying the needs of the children and to support their learning and holistic development through the following:
Supervising and guiding the children with their homework
Planning and delivering programmes such as character development programmes
Organising enrichment workshops that can help promote the overall development of the children
Curate creative activities to develop skills and expand mindsets in the areas of innovation critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
Engage children in outdoor play that serves to build psychomotor skills
As a significant adult figure to the children you will be engaging with parents and caregivers as well as leveraging on resources in the community for the wellbeing of the children.

Other Requirements
At least Alevel or a Diploma in relevant discipline
Preferably WSQ Student Care certification
Prior work experience with children with special needs is a plus
Those without qualifications but have relevant working experience will also be considered
Good team player
Good communication skills
33hrs per week / 6 hours per day
