We are looking for a dynamic and resultsoriented Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients understanding their business goals and ensuring the successful execution of our Amazon brand management services.
The candidate will manage 7 brands on Amazon Seller Central fostering sales growth aligned with the client s objectives and serving as the Amazon expert. This involves collaborating across various departments including Operations Logistics Listing Operations Account Health Finance and Management to develop and maintain a portfolio of listings while growing revenue with existing client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and sustain robust longterm relationships with clients fostering trust and collaboration.
Identify opportunities for expanding brand presence on the Amazon platform and in other markets.
Identify areas of improvement potential issues or opportunities for increased sales.
Host weekly biweekly or monthly calls to discuss overall performance explore growth opportunities and address any challenges or concerns.
Actively monitor and manage product listings address any issues promptly and implement improvements to enhance product visibility and sales.
Proactively identify opportunities for clients to enhance their presence and sales on the Amazon platform.
Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field or compensating work experience
- Minimum 3 years of handson experience in Ecommerce/Amazon Brand Management
- Highly organized and resultsoriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience leading crossfunctional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of campaigns
- Proven experience of working with Amazon Brands
- Experienced in Amazon Seller Central
- Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders driving resolutions collaboratively
