Job Description

Position: SharePoint Technical Specialist Jr
Location: Raleigh NC (27610)
Client: State of North Carolina
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
Join our team as a SharePoint Technical Specialist responsible for designing and managing SharePoint and webbased business solutions for a key department. The role involves collaborating with clients to enhance business processes delivering highquality documentation and ensuring effective training and support for endusers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design SharePoint and webbased solutions to streamline business processes.
  • Perform quality assurance testing and manage project deliverables.
  • Draft and deliver training materials for new processes and IT applications.
  • Collaborate with clients to prototype and refine solutions.
  • Document all program and project deliverables clearly and concisely.

Key Skills Required:

  • Extensive experience with SharePoint design including lists libraries and content types.
  • Strong analytical organizational and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Teams).
  • Experience in business process evaluation and reengineering.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodology.
