I. Position Summary
- Part of the North America Compensation Team that is responsible for implementing compensation programs as envisioned by the HRLT & Total Rewards Leadership.
- Responsible for delivering measuring and optimizing compensation programs and interventions
- Enables Compensation Partners with intelligent data analytics and reporting to enable data driven talent / business decisions
- Drive the continuous improvement agenda for the Compensation team to improve process efficiency and program effectiveness
- Partner effectively with other Functional groups (e.g. TAG Academy Finance Business Operations Technology & Procurement. etc.) in implementation of compensation programs
II. Key Result Areas
- Effective Program Management of Compensation lifecycle programs with ontime delivery and adherence to budget
- No schedule variance to any program
- # of continuous improvements implemented resulting in making a process lean and thereby efficiency gained
- Enable relevant on demand compensation analysis recommendation and executive dashboards for Comp Partners and Total Reward Leadership
III. Typical Responsibilities
- Plan manage and provide continuous engagement & support to Comp Partners for delivery of Compensation lifecycle programs** and BU specific compensation initiatives
- Ensure accuracy and abreastness of compensation information on HCM and all allied and downstream systems
- Maintain appropriate job family mapping of each associate to be used for compensation benchmarking
- Create reusable templates and automate data reports to enable Comp partners for effective business partnering
- Identify areas / opportunities for continuously improving processes efficiencies.
- Regular cadence and governance of services managed by the Shared Service organization.
- Flag headwinds to the program leadership to enable corrective actions
- Create communication plans / strategies to enable continuous & positive awareness of the Total Rewards charter.
- Monitor analyze and report stakeholder feedback and progress updates on Compensation programs to the Compensation Leadership team
**Refresh of TAG grid Merit Increases Promotion related increases Offcycle compensation programs Management of Discretionary compensation programs (retention bonus) Annual bonuss administration Governance of payroll inputs Retirement administration and Severance package administration.
IV. Degree of Independence/Supervision required

- Requires moderate supervision on the job. Independently works under clearly laid out guidelines and strategic directions from the Regional Compensation Leadership & Global Total Rewards Leadership.
- Reports to the Regional Compensation Lead

VI. Qualification:

- Education: PostGraduate in Human Resources
- Minimum Work Experience Required: A minimum experience of 13 Years in HR
- Demonstrate proficiency with the MS office products including advanced MS excel
- Communicate complex compensation practices in simple terms.
- Being data driven with an analytical mind set is beneficial for this role.
- Demonstrating the ability to maintain confidential information is essential for this role.
