Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Entertainer Assistant to join our entertainment team. This role is pivotal in delivering engaging experiences for guests through assisting with entertainment activities and events. You will work closely with the lead entertainers to ensure guests have memorable experiences during their stay aligning with RIUs commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and conducting entertainment activities and programs for guests of all ages.
- Support lead entertainers in managing events ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction.
- Engage with guests to encourage participation in activities and create a lively atmosphere.
- Set up and take down equipment and supplies needed for various entertainment and recreational activities.
- Maintain an inventory of supplies and materials ensuring everything is ready for use as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Enthusiastic and energetic personality with a passion for creating fun experiences.
- Previous experience in entertainment or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Basic English proficiency is desirable; additional languages are advantageous.
