JOB TITLE: Operations Manager
LOCATION: Abuja
TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Onsite
SALARY BUDGET: N500000 Net
EXPERIENCE LENGTH: 35 years
SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive and resultsdriven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daytoday operations of our company. In this role you will manage schedules and resources to ensure project deadlines are met while driving operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the daytoday operations of the company
Draft and approve business proposals for contracts.
Manage budgets schedules and resources to meet operational targets and project deadlines.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project execution and operational performance.
Monitor system performance and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and energy output.
Ensure compliance with all environmental health and safety regulations as well as industry standards.
Develop and implement operational policies procedures and best practices.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee supply chain logistics.
Analyze operational data and prepare regular performance reports for management. Lead train and motivate the operations team to achieve high performance.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any related field.
35 years experience managing the operations of a business. - Proven experience in operations management preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and operational tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
