We are seeking a talented and dedicated Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Bengaluru India. As a key member of our kitchen staff you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place according to established standards
- Execute cooking tasks for your assigned section with precision and attention to detail
- Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen ensuring smooth operation during service
- Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and coordination
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards in food handling and kitchen practices
- Contribute to menu development and implementation of new dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation and kitchen equipment
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss improvements and address challenges
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or degree in Culinary Arts with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus
- Indepth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong attention to detail efficiency and time management skills
- Teamoriented mindset with ability to work in a fastpaced environment
