Position Title: Mobile Billing & Technology Support Analyst (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for mobile billing systems including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to billing discrepancies system errors and user inquiries.
- Analyze mobile billing data to identify trends patterns and potential issues that could affect billing accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. finance product management and development) to ensure the proper configuration and integration of mobile billing systems with other business platforms.
- Monitor the performance of mobile billing systems ensuring accurate timely and efficient billing processes.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders vendors and technical teams to resolve billingrelated issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Test new billing system features functionality and updates and provide feedback to the development team.
- Assist in the development of system enhancements and improvements ensuring that billing and technical requirements are met.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of mobile billing technologies telecom industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on billing performance system metrics and customer service trends.
- Support user training and provide documentation for internal teams on mobile billing systems and tools.
- Coordinate with telecom carriers and service providers to resolve billing and technical issues related to mobile services.
- Assist with the configuration and troubleshooting of mobile payment gateways and integration with thirdparty systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards data privacy regulations and security protocols related to mobile billing systems.
- Work on escalated billing inquiries or technical issues and work toward resolution in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration Telecommunications or a related field.
- Experience in mobile billing telecom billing systems or technology support.
- Strong understanding of mobile billing processes telecom services and payment systems.
- Experience working with billing platforms mobile payment systems and telecom billing applications.
- Knowledge of billing and CRM systems such as Amdocs CSG Ericsson or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL Excel and other data analysis tools for troubleshooting and reporting purposes.
- Experience in API integrations and working with thirdparty payment providers and gateways.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes of billing and technical issues.
- Knowledge of mobile network architecture service plans pricing models and carrier systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams business stakeholders and vendors.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work independently and in crossfunctional teams to resolve technical and billing issues.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
