Exciting Career Opportunity: Certified Surgical Tech (General CVOR Ortho)
Job Type: Permanent
Shift: Various shift options available (will be discussed during the interview)
Salary Range: $17.39/hour $28.40/hour (dependent on previous work experience)
Responsibilities:
- Assist surgical teams in the operating room by preparing and organizing surgical instruments equipment and supplies.
- Maintain sterile fields during surgical procedures to ensure aseptic conditions.
- Anticipate the needs of surgeons and other team members providing timely and accurate support.
- Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons during procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth and efficient surgical processes.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) from an accredited program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Previous experience in a surgical setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
