Job Description:
Reporting to the IT Manager you will be responsible for providing firstlevel IT support to the IT team. Your tasks will include:
- Providing firstlevel IT support to users.
- Assisting users in using software and IT equipment.
- Analyzing user requests and proposing solutions within prescribed timeframes.
- Identifying major issues and escalating them to secondlevel support.
- Creating deactivating or modifying user accounts.
- Installing IT equipment software and security systems.
- Training employees on the use of IT equipment and services.
- Performing minor repairs on IT equipment.
- Sorting and managing endoflife IT equipment.
Requirements:
- DEC AEC or DEP in IT.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems (Linux experience is an asset).
- Good understanding of networking and Office 365.
- Intermediate English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills.
- Clientoriented and team spirit.
- Good physical capacity (able to lift up to 23 kg).
- Required knowledge of Active Directory Azure and Entra ID.
Working Conditions:
- Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Friday.
- 12month contract with the possibility of permanence.
- Temporary position with potential for permanence.
- Onsite parking available.
- 40hour workweek.
- Working with individuals with low vision near blindness or total blindness.
- Production environment.
