Job Description
Our Regional Team is expanding and we are looking to hire an experienced Affiliate Manager to join the office in London. This role involves recruiting new affiliates maintaining relationships with existing partners and optimizing performance to drive sales and revenue. The Affiliate Manager will analyze data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns ensuring alignment with company goals.
We are looking for someone with network and experience working on both regulated and unregulated markets.
Tasks
- Building and developing relationships with affiliate partners
- Research and source new affiliate opportunities and partners.
- Monitor affiliate performance on a daily basis to make sure development is steady and positive and all data followed up with the affiliate partner.
- Work with the marketing team on the prioritization and display of content in line with the approved content plan
- Work together with design and marketing teams to implement campaigns.
- Assist with the execution of promotions/offers
- Assist with the delivery of the communications plan (email social media etc.)
- Assist with the launch of new sites and brands
- Help grow revenue capture leads and affiliate marketing activity
- Deliver activity reports for all affiliate partners
- Monitoring player activity/affiliate activity for any suspicious behaviour
- Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned by the Management
- Following any legal changes/ requirements and making sure all Affiliate partners are compliant
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in client facing roles (Affiliate Management Account Management) in iGaming industry
- Strong knowledge of various affiliate platforms you should have a good industry network and customer portfolio
- Excellent business development skills
- Attention to details patience problem solver and hard worker are top skills describing your work style
- Effective time management and task prioritization skills
- Very good interpersonal and presentation skills
