About the client
Our client was founded in 2004 by a passionate and skilled team with expertise in marketing and medical equipment sales alongside specialists in medical devices. Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage annual and multiyear budgets that are adequate for the
organizations needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts.
2. Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed.
3. Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet income statement and statement of cash flows) and efficiently convey the analysis to employees upon request.
4. Oversee cash investment asset tax and cost.
5. Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned.
6. Providing leadership and managing the finance & accounting team effectively and efficiently.
7. Strengthening internal communications with other departments and promoting a supportive work environment.
8. The training guidance and development of all finance & accounting colleagues and encourage individual development.
9. To be an advisor on financial issues and where necessary and appropriate.
10. Coordinating with audit activities from internal and external auditors.
11. Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of work experience in a Manager function in the financial field with an audit background.
- Age 30 40 years old Thai Nationality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of Thai Accounting Laws Tax Laws Corporate Laws VAT.
- Supervisory and management experience.
- Excellent communication English skills both written and verbal. Require TOEIC score : 700 up
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Able to work closely with a team as well as independently.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Good attitude / Growth mindset.
