Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage annual and multiyear budgets that are adequate for the
organizations needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts.
2. Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed.
3. Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet income statement and statement of cash flows) and efficiently convey the analysis to employees upon request.
4. Oversee cash investment asset tax and cost.
5. Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned.
6. Providing leadership and managing the finance & accounting team effectively and efficiently.
7. Strengthening internal communications with other departments and promoting a supportive work environment.
8. The training guidance and development of all finance & accounting colleagues and encourage individual development.
9. To be an advisor on financial issues and where necessary and appropriate.
10. Coordinating with audit activities from internal and external auditors.
11. Perform other tasks as assigned.
