Contract Duration: 3 months Extendable
- Assist in conducting investigations related to employee grievances misconduct and compliance issues.
- Provide timely and effective support for general staff queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Advise employees and management on HR policies procedures and best practices to ensure compliance and understanding.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of investigations and employee communications.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement initiatives that support employee relations.
- Stay updated on labor laws and industry trends to inform policy updates and staff training.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.
Requirements:
- Must have Bachelors degree in HR or any related study
- Must have at least 5 years of HRrelated experience
- Must be locally available with a valid QID preferably on a freelance visa or under family sponsorship
- Must be willing to join immediately without serving notice period.
