Requirements:
- We are seeking an experienced Manual QA Lead with 6 to 8 years of expertise in quality assurance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of ensuring the highest quality standards.
- Degree : Atleast B. tech.
- 6 to 8 years of handson experience in manual testing and quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring QA teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
- Test cases design
- Test case management tools experience
- Basics of software quality
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of manual QA testers providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts to ensure thorough coverage of all system requirements and functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with development product management and other crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and identify potential quality issues early in the development cycle.
- Execute manual test cases document test results and track defects to closure ensuring that all issues are accurately reported and resolved.
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes to enhance overall product quality and team efficiency.
- Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress defect metrics and overall quality health of the project.
