Fundamentally understands the nuts and bolts including the behaviour of stakeholders involved in ecommerce transactions starting from the Buyer placing an order to the order being fulfilled and till the postorder experience.
Understands hyperlocal logistics planning and execution for different categories such as F&B and Grocery etc.
Ability to understand ecommerce operations and processes at a transactional level.
Is techsavvy and datadriven to define and monitor Key Performance Indicators for maintaining healthy functioning of Logistics operations for the Buyers the Sellers and the LSPs on the network
Is capable to devise and drive innovative solutions to address operational hurdles encountered at a transactional level.
Is capable of building relationships with stakeholders of the network specifically towards ensuring smooth operations across the value chain on the network.
Prior experience in defining processes designing and implementing at an organisation/functional level.
Ability to understand business dimensions and business requirements and translate them into applicable processes.
Ability to handle ongoing business operations monitor the health of the network and drive network participant onboarding compliance empowerment and governance on the network
The ability to think strategically and articulate it well to present to wider groups and
stakeholders is a must.
Ability to be the owner for the product charter he/she will own.
Have experience in driving projects and have seen project management directly.
Desired candidature:
35 years experience in Ecommerce is a must.
Hyperlocal business and logistics understanding is a must.
Understanding and handson experience in data analysis and data presentation is a must.
Advanced Excel Power BI and Data presentation skills are required and preferred.
Preference would be given to candidates with a strong Technology understanding
Presentation making skills are a must.
