Job Description
Experience operating CNC Turning machines.
Knowledge about GD&T
A working knowledge of inspection methods and measuring instruments.
Ability of setting critical component. (Aerospace Aerospace toolings oil &
Gas Nuclear Projects etc.)
Knowledge of machining processes (turning taper turning thread cutting
canned cycles drilling grooving etc.)
Knowledge of cutting tools. (Turning insert boring insert grooving insert
threading insert etc.)
Basic understanding of blueprints and engineering drawings.
Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks on machines.
Attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced highpressure environment.
Basic understanding of 5S.
Ability to maintain accurate production records including tracking materials
and reporting any issues or discrepancies.
Troubleshooting and resolving machine malfunctions and tooling problems.
Ability to work in all 3shifts.
