Position: Battery Assembly Line Operator
Location: Chinchwad Maharashtra
Salary: 15258/ per month (takehome)
Qualification: ITI Any trade
Shifts: Rotational
Job Type: Fulltime
Job Role & Responsibilities:
As a Battery Assembly Line Operator you will play a crucial role in our battery manufacturing process. Your primary duties will include:
- Operating machinery for battery production.
- Assembling battery components with precision and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ensuring quality control at every stage of the production process.
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets.

- Educational Qualification: ITI in any trade
- Experience: Freshers (Male)
- Physical Fitness: Candidates should be physically fit for the role.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Footwear: Safety shoes are mandatory upon joining.

Department: Production Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Industry: Tyre Manufacturing MNC Machine Operator: Operate and monitor production machinery according to SOPs. Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and quality output. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery. Production Processes: Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products. Follow production schedules and meet daily targets. Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards. Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks during production. Report defects or inconsistencies in products. Ensure compliance with the company's quality standards. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. Immediately report safety hazards or incidents to supervisors. Shifts: 7 AM to 3 PM 3 PM to 11 PM 11 PM to 7 AM Workweek: 6 days/week with 1 rolling day off Shift Allowance: 30 per night shift (up to 15 shifts/month) NOTE - Pan India Candidates can apply except UP & Bihar Interviews: Online Medical Test: Mandatory post-selection Requirements Qualification: ITI/Diploma (Passing out year: 2020 onwards) Age: 18-25 years Gender: Male & Female Health Requirements: Candidates should not have had any surgery in the past. Blood and sugar levels should be normal. Experience: Fresher Documents Required: Resume 10th and 12th mark sheets ITI/Diploma mark sheets and certificates Provisional and Transfer certificates Aadhar Card, PAN Card Bank account details (can be opened at the plant if needed) 5 Passport-size photos Benefits Stipend: 17,000 per month for Diploma holders 16,000 per month for ITI holders Overtime: Occasionally available Food & Transport: Two meals per day provided at the plant (Vegetarian) 500 deducted monthly from the stipend for food and transportation Eggs served 3 times a week Accommodation: 3-month accommodation for male trainees in hostels (3-4 people per room) Distance from factory: 3-10 minutes depending on hostel location Room facilities include beds and fans Retention Bonus: 5,000 every 6 months for the first 2 years 10,000 every 6 months in the 3rd year Medical Insurance: 1 lakh coverage for medical insurance 5 lakhs for Group Personal Accident Policy Other Benefits: Uniform and safety shoes provided free of cost Birthday chocolates and festival sweets/gifts 6-year training period
